About Priti Powell: Priti’s a transformational leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, & team empowerment. Her 20+ year career spans government, defense, consulting, & Ad Tech, where she has led revenue growth and teams at PubMatic, OpenWeb, & The Trade Desk. In the past she has shared perspectives on mentorship with SheRunsIt and revenue strategy with AdMonsters + AdExchanger. Now, as CRO at Assertive Yield, Priti continues to focus on innovation, solving client problems and team collaboration. Beyond corporate impact, Priti’s passions lie in mentorship & building communities. In 2024, she co-founded Advance Women, a 250+ member community empowering women in Ad Tech & amplifying female voices. A Division I All-American athlete with expertise in Mathematics and Computer Science, she has transformed personal challenges—from workplace harassment to navigating motherhood—into fuel for creating supportive professional structures for women. Her impressive leadership credentials include scaling two AdTech startups to eight-figure revenues, orchestrating multiple acquisitions, and founding SoNoLo Consulting to help startups scale effectively. Beyond her professional achievements, Sophia serves as an advisor to Mellow Kids, mentors entrepreneurs at Washington University, and brings her characteristic determination to her roles as mother and advocate for industry-wide change.
